I was out of town on vacation driving down from Rochester, NY, to Alexandria, VA, when my check engine light came on. I don’t really know anything about cars, so I was concerned if I was causing damage driving it. Luckily they were right across the street from my hotel and had a service opening the next day. They were able to identify what was wrong. Turned out to be covered by my emissions warranty and didn’t cost me anything. They also took care of two recalls I had while I was there. They were the best!

On time and everything was done as told.

Easy scheduling and able to address problems and remediation quick

We had a customer's car in our shop for a Wrap, and the convertible top stopped working in the middle of the job. We had a strict deadline, so we needed the repair done ASAP. After one shop turned us away, we brought the car to Ourisman and saw John. He was amazing; they dropped everything and had the car fixed in less than 48 hours. John is truly amazing, and I can’t thank him enough.

I came in for an oil change and the tech recommended a BG Fuel Induction service w/44 additive. Don't know if I needed it or not. Ended up spending $842.

Once I was able to reach a service person, all went well. The challenge is to talk to someone.Calls almost always go to voice mail. I leave a message for a call back and often nothing. I wait for a day and a half and try again... sometimes results and sometimes not. I understand people are busy. It I use your remote location for a service appt, the person I talk to can't book for the person i ususally work with, especially when making an appointment for my Corvette. My contact is more knowlegible about Corvettes than some of the tech reps.
